Paver is one of the few Tarsin worlds that is actually a moon of a larger planet; it is not common to find one big enough to have an atmosphere and within a star's habitable zone. It required only the minimum of terraforming to make it suitable for human life.
When the Beacon Cataclysm hit, Paver was in the awkward phase of colonization where the people still lived in tents and heavy equipment still needed to be landed. Furthermore, the ecosystem wasn't entirely finished, animals had yet to be introduced to the planet. Cut off from the rest of civilization for two thousand years, but with none of the demonic troubles that afflicted older settlements, Paver developed into a vegan's ideal vision. The people had no food except from plants, and because of Paver's tropical climate, these grew abundantly. While the rest of the galaxy was butchered by insane, demon-possessed constructs, the folk of Paver kicked back and lived the easy life for the next two millennia. Today, it remains a scantly-settled paradise of no strategic importance. However, many an Emperor has retired to Paver, and rumor has it that Entarî the Constructor often visits for whatever reason.
